Phase II is a continuation of previous phases that were successfully implemented in the village of Chrustenice near Prague. The house will be built to an exclusive standard.In preparing the next stage, emphasis was placed on customer requirements, namely:
- garages for 2 cars
- increase in warehouse space in real estate
- we expanded the wiring with another data box, preparation: for the camera system, for charging cars, for the installation of solar panels, preparation for the installation of alarms, preparation for the installation of the pool – Jacuzzi
- Gabions fence in front of the site, aluminum gates , including 2 panels
- Heating with a gas boiler, (the project is being changed to heating with a heat pump).
Changes in the municipality compared to 2019:
- The school and kindergarten have expanded
- shop “Tesco Expres”
- other gastronomic shops
- A restaurant with Italian cuisine
